XPO Logistics announced Heidi Ratti as the chief human resources officer of its planned brokerage spinoff on Thursday.
Ratti currently serves as senior vice president, human resources for XPO’s LTL business and will report to incoming RXO CEO Drew Wilkerson. Ratti is set to join RXO’s C-suite when the spinoff is complete next quarter.
Ratti’s career in human resources includes 16 years of executive experience in transportation industries, according to the release. She joined XPO in 2014 amid the company’s acquisition of Pacer International.
“Heidi was a key HR partner for our North American transportation leaders prior to assuming her role with LTL,” Wilkerson said in a statement. “She excels at developing talent in operations that rely on both people and technology to be best-in-class.”
With Ratti’s appointment, XPO enters the final stages of filling out RXO’s leadership. The transportation provider tapped Jared Weisfeld as chief strategy officer and Jamie Harris as CFO earlier this month.
