ArcBest’s Chied Yield Officer Danny Loe is leaving the company, according to a June 8 statement.
His duties will be taken over by VP of Yield Strategy Christopher Adkins, effective June 17. Adkins will be promoted to VP of yield strategy and management.
The company’s yield team oversees functions including account profitability analysis, contractual and transactional pricing as well as rating administration, according to an email from ArcBest.
Loe is leaving the company after 26 years to pursue “other opportunities,” according to the announcement. His last day at ArcBest is June 16.
Adkins has been with ArcBest for more than 11 years, leading company initiatives including automated price quotes and space-based pricing.
ArcBest Chairman, President and CEO Judy McReynolds said in a statement that Adkins is a values-driven leader.
“I anticipate a seamless leadership transition with Christopher’s expertise and deep knowledge of our company and industry,” she said.
Loe’s departure follows other recent executive shifts. Treasurer Matt Beasley took over as CFO on May 14 replacing David Cobb, who retired.
Additionally, in March the company terminated CEO Andrew Silver and President and COO Matthew Vogrich from its subsidiary and truckload provider MoLo.
